You are responsible for the failure of the product which results from misapplication, alteration or abuse of the product. The warranty does not cover damage to the product due to inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear or unauthorized modification. We list all of the product's weight capacities specified by the manufacturer for you, so you can choose the correct scale for your weighing needs. Return Policy :

Please be sure to choose your Correct scale, with the correct weight capacity and weighing measurements etc. for your needs. The Home Scales.com Does Not cover Warranties or a Manufacturing Defect in your product. Warranty issues are settled between Consumers and respective Manufacturers.

To Return your scale:Please contact us at info@thehomescales.com for correct return shipping address. The Item must be recieved in Original Packaging within 30 days of purchase. Consumer is responsible for shipping. All items included with original purchase, batteries, adaptors etc. must also be returned with the scale, and you will be refunded your money to your respective credit card account.

To Return a defective scale: If within one week you believe your scale is defective, you will be returning your scale to the manufacturer to be checked out. The Manufacturer will send you a UPS "Call Tag", at no charge to you, simply drop it off at the nearest UPS depot. They will determine if in fact the scale is defective and send you a new one if it is, or if it is determined your scale is not defective, they will send your original one back to you. see Warranty
